Installer Programme Terms and Conditions

The installer will encourage charge point owners to become Co Charger Hosts.

  • The installer will represent Co Charger in a positive, honest and transparent way in accordance with Co Charger’s values.
  • The installer can direct customer questions to Co Charger via their website (, phone number (01392 240840), email ([email protected]) or social media accounts.  They can also pass queries to Co Charger with contact details so that Co Charger are able to contact the customer directly to answer any queries.
  • Co Charger will ensure any direct interaction with any Host introduced by the installer maintains the installer’s positive relationship with that customer.
  • This agreement does not constitute any license or transference of intellectual property between the parties; nor does it in any way make either party liable for any issue caused by the other.
  • To be paid the commission, the installer must ensure customers use their assigned promotion code when creating their Host account in the Co Charger app.  There will be no retrospective allocation of new users to an installer.
  • A commission of £5 will be paid to the installer, monthly in arrears, for each Host that fulfils the following conditions:
    • The installer’s promotion code is entered in the “Promotion code” box when registering in the app.
    • The new Host completes their account profile in the Co Charger app to the point where they are able to take booking requests from Co Charger Chargees.  This includes the sections, “My profile” and “My charger and rates”.  They must leave the setting for “Show map pin” to ‘on” – which is the default.
  • The installer must provide bank details to Co Charger to enable payment to be made by bank transfer.
  • The Co Charger reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
    • Host accounts completed before the dated notification will see commissions paid.
